The operation of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or on behalf of another — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mywbet reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any associated balances without prior notice.
2.5 Prohibition on Excluded Persons. Individuals who have self-excluded from the mywbet platform, or who have otherwise been prohibited from accessing the service, must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent any exclusion measures. Such conduct will result in permanent account termination.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mywbet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. mywbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). mywbet may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to submit identification documents for the purpose of identity verification, age verification, or anti-money laundering compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3.4 Account Currency. All mywbet accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If a deposit is made in a currency other than MYR, conversion will be applied at mywbet's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only fund your mywbet account using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by mywbet typically within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements being met. mywbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. In principle, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. mywbet may deviate from this principle where required for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. mywbet complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any activity that mywbet reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering or financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
5.1 General Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on mywbet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your mywbet account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. mywbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk, high-probability bets solely for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements; or colluding with other Users. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. mywbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, including in circumstances where mywbet determines that a promotion has been misunderstood or exploited.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. mywbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet has already been accepted, if mywbet has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.
6.2 Palpable Errors. Where a price or odd is manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, mywbet reserves the right to void all bets placed at that price. A "palpable error" is defined as a price that no reasonable person would consider to be the genuine market price at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Game Rules. Each game available on mywbet is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, these general Terms apply in addition to game-specific rules. Where game rules are silent on a matter, these Terms will govern.
6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game or bet, mywbet will endeavour to reinstate the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the failure may be voided and stakes returned at mywbet's discretion.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of mywbet's content, platform, or proprietary systems without the express written consent of mywbet. Unauthorised use of mywbet's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
9.1 Platform Availability. mywbet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mywbet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, mywbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
9.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mywbet shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 Maximum Liability. mywbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their mywbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mywbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the account management tools available within their mywbet dashboard.
Self-exclusion is available to any User at any time. A self-excluded User will be prevented from logging into their account for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. mywbet processes self-exclusion requests promptly; however, there may be a short processing delay during which responsibility lies with the User to refrain from gambling.

11.2 By User. You may request the closure of your mywbet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, all licences granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
